Morello Forni Basic, Unfinished "Cupola" Dome, The standard finishing of the "Cupola" ovens is produced in a special plaster, the so called "Cuccio Pesto”. It is an ancient material & it has very good insulation & transpiration property, very important for the oven structure. This plaster is made with a mix of natural materials available in (2) soft tone colors: yellow or red, available for all ovens, may slightly alter exterior dimensions
